Let’s face everyone, the average age of hunters today is 47 and over. Every year I hear one or two stories of people having heart attacks chopping wood and camp, dragging out deer or moose quarters. The last thing I want to do is call my buddies wife and tell her, her husband is dead because there was nothing I could do.
Well now there is. We each spend thousands of dollars every year on the latest hunting clothes, bows, treestands, salt blocks, gps’s, computer programs, game cameras, yet we do nothing to ensure we come home safe.
With the average age being 47 yrs of age, most of us are involved in a hunt camp of some sort, whether it’s an old cabin back off some back road or a tent camp. Think about this for just a second and you will agree, if everyone in your camp put in $100 or $200 you could easily afford an AED (automated emergency defibrilator) they are self running pretty much and would help keep your best friend around for next years hunt. Check our Rescue7 and see their product, our camp will not be without one.
